  • Cannoli Puff Pastry Cake - 1 layer gold or choc. cake, 2 layers puff pastry, 2 layers cannoli filling with choc. chips. Whip cream frosting. NOTE: Sheet cakes only. Please specify puff pastry when ordering. 3 days notice required.
  • Carrot - Carrot cake filled & frosted with cream cheese frosting. If you would like raisins AND walnuts, please specify. Can do either both or neither. 2 days advance notice.​

  • Irish Bailey - Gold cake soaked in Irish Bailey liquor. Irish Bailey flavored whip cream or buttercream frosting and filling.
  • Mousse - Choice of cake type and flavored mousse filling & frosting. Mousse flavors available are : strawberry, blueberry, lemon, raspberry, cherry, pineapple. 
  • Oreo ​- 2 layers of choc. cake, 1 layer gold cake. Filled and frosted with buttercream mixed with Oreo cookie crumbs.
  • Peanut Butter Cup Cake - Choc. cake with peanut butter buttercream filling and frosting. Choc. ganache on top of cake. Can be strongly peanut butter flavored. Please specify. 
  • Napoleon Cake - 3 layers puff pastry with whip cream & French custard filling OR French custard and raspberry filling. Frosted with whip cream or traditional glaze. Note: Sheet cakes only. 3 days advance notice required. 
  • Red Velvet - Light choc. based cake. Cream cheese filling and frosting. 3 days advance notice required.
  • Strawberry or Fruit Shortcake - Gold cake with strawberry filling & topping, whip cream frosting. Any of our other fruit fillings can be used instead (apple, blueberry, cherry, raspberry, pineapple, peach).
  • Shadow cake - 2 layers gold cake, 1 layer choc. cake filled & frosted with buttercream OR 2 layers choc. cake, 1 layer gold cake filled & frosted with choc. buttercream. Topped with choc. ganache.
  • Sunflower Cake - Gold cake with fudge filling. Buttercream frosting. Sunflower design on top with choc. chips.
  • White Mousse - Gold Cake with white chocolate mousse filling & buttercream frosting. White ganache topping.

​*If fresh strawberries are out of season, strawberry filling will be substituted in bungalow cakes. Customer may bring in own fresh strawberries for us to use if preferred.
